RULES
1. All created Viritails, being a semi-open species, must be approved by Fen. Anyone is free to make one, but you must have my approval and credit me as the creator! Mostly, this is just because I want to see your creations, but also because we want to keep track of how many Viritails we have and check to make sure the traits are being followed :> (The only exception to this is if you are making a strictly non-canon design for something like vrchat. Please abide by the traits nonetheless)
2. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT USING AI, YOU WILL BE BANNED EXPEDITIOUSLY.
3. Please only design your Moontails with the correct number of common, uncommon, rare, and epic traits. Legendary traits are reserved for the adopts that approved designers make. Be on the lookout, as new traits will sometimes be discovered by our scientists!
4. Your Viritail's personal information, such as their name, personality, clothes, and age, is all up to you and does not need to be confirmed with Fen (but you are very welcome to share your ideas in our Community Lore section!)
5. No created Viritail is allowed to be a part of the Main Lore. That means your Viritail can not be bffs or enemies with any of Fen's lore-telling Viritails and can not create any large plot developments that greatly impact the world. Your character can not overthrow the queen or nuke the city. However, you may tell your own stories in the background of our lore! Having your character run a coffee shop downtown is perfectly acceptable. Basically, don't make any overpowered characters. Please let us know your lore ideas (if you have any) so we can confirm that they will not heavily influence our story.
6. You may NOT make any Viritail adopts to sell for profit. However, you may trade characters if you wish as long as both designers are okay with the trade. Only authorized designers are allowed to make Viritail adopts. Selling a character is ONLY allowed if you are selling it at the value of the art associated with it. Scalping a design, aka buying it and then selling at a higher value, will get you banned.
7. If the ownership of a design has changed, please notify Fen in our approval section of our discord! That way, the masterlist can be kept accurate and up to date.
7. You may NEVER use a Viritail character for harmful purposes. I do not want my designs to be associated with harmful messages.
8. If you have designed a Viritail yourself or bought a Viritail from any of our designers, you may take it out of the species and turn it into another species at any time.
9. Hybridizing Viritails with other species is prohibited. This goes against our lore. However, shapeshifter characters are allowed to have a Viritail form, and Viritails may hybridize with all of their Sub Species (Please note that Moontails can only be hybridized with Viritails in the Future of the Canon Story).
10. If you have a fursona or character that looks similar to our species, don't worry! We aren't going to be upset with you for that. People always come up with similar ideas, and we love everyone's creativity! We would only be upset if you made a genuine Viritail explicitly without our knowledge and used our lore without crediting us.
11. Have fun, and share your creations with the community! We love seeing new faces and characters! <3
